Stronger Together
Amazing, strong, inspiring women at the finish line of Earth Day trail races.
When I went through my personal health journey, I realized it was about so much more than the number on the scale. It became a process of learning how to manage stress, slow down with intention, and create space for what truly matters. I had to give myself permission to play, seek adventure, and build meaningful connections. It wasnβt easy, but I made myself carve out time to care for me, something I hadnβt done in years.
Over time, Iβve shared pieces of this journey on Run Glow Repeat. I try to be honest about both the highs and the struggles, even when sharing the real hurt feels vulnerable. Iβm grateful for the women who have reached out to say it helped them feel less alone. Thatβs when I realized how much more we could all grow if we created space to talk openly.
As I navigated menopause, I discovered that weight loss and body changes felt very different than they once had. I began educating myself about hormones, training, skincare, makeup, and overall wellness. I hadnβt been taught many of these things, so I chose to learn. What started as curiosity became empowerment. Even as a certified coach, I continue to deepen my understanding of how womenβs bodies evolve and what they truly need.
Connection has always been at the center of my work. When I started Ornery Mule Racing, I simply wanted to invite people onto the trails I love and help them experience freedom, strength, and joy.
Just like when I wanted people to discover the joy of trail running, now I want women to discover the joy of loving themselves and growing.
That belief is why I built Glam & Grit.
Glam & Grit is a womenβs community designed to support, educate, and inspire in every season of life. Inside, we bring together trusted experts from our own community to teach masterclasses on topics that truly matter to women - health, movement, hormones, skincare, confidence, mindset, and meaningful connection.
This is more than content. Itβs a space to ask questions, learn together, and build real relationships. Our members help shape what we offer. Tell us what you want to learn, and weβll bring in the right expert to guide us.
We use the Circle app to make communication easy and connection natural.
I am also deeply committed to supporting women-owned businesses. From the earliest days of Ornery Mule Racing, Iβve prioritized working with women entrepreneurs. We need to uplift one another and advocate for each otherβs success. Glam & Grit includes a dedicated space to spotlight and support women-owned businesses within our community.
