9:00 AM – Welcome & Glow Goals (Michele)

  • Beginning the Enneagram self-discovery process (with Nicki)

10:00 AM – Nutrition for Radiance (Irene)

  • Food for Energy & Glow

  • How to balance meals for mood, focus & glowing skin

  • Simple, colorful recipes you can use at home

11:00 AM – Makeup Masterclass (Michele)

  • Skincare prep for healthy, glowing skin

  • Step-by-step natural “everyday glow” look

  • How to choose makeup colors

  • Hands-on practice with guidance & tips

  • We will email you a list of suggested quality makeup of various price points to bring for your glow up

12:30 PM – Lunch Break & Nutrition Q&A (Irene)

  • Nutritious, colorful lunch together

1:15 PM – Style Session: How to Dress Your Body (Nicki)

  • Understanding your body type

  • Outfits that enhance your shape

  • Style confidence tips

2:00 PM – Movement & Mindset (Irene)

  • Light yoga, stretching or guided mindful walk

  • Breathwork for calm, stress relief & confidence

3:00 PM to 4:00 PM – Glow-Up Closing Circle
